The
main feature distinguishing the haplotype for the "Northeastern Deep Forest Honey
Color Coated Golden Brush Wolf" from the domesticated Golden Retriever
is the Honey Wolf's ability to howl.
This
howl is produced by the Honey Wolf whenever it hears the sounds of a small
woodland creature crying for its Mom. In the attached file, a
squeaky-toy was used to replicate this sound although the howl is
frequently self-induced.
